Second time coming here and it's still really good value. Coffee is better than the big companies like Starbucks and Costa highly recommend coming here. P.s. the signs made my day
Very reasonable, only had tea, coffee and a scone, but all very pleasant, and those having breakfasts and assorted other dishes all looked very nice. Steak pie and cottage pie looked very nice, good portions and speedy. Prices all very reasonable. Inside and outside seating. Loos are the public ones along seafront, 100 yards away, but use ones in Game king behind, much cleaner, nicer etc.
Best cafe in Withernsea. If you can get a table on busy days, it's worth it, because you get the best view and the service is first class. The couple who run the cafe, ( sorry I know not their names), are lovely and very attentive to everyone walking through the door. Hats off to all the staff who work hard in the little kitchen to satisfy every impatient hungry belly , they really run a tight ship. The prices are good considering it's a sea front cafe. Would be a lot more further up the coast. The menu is extensive, something for everyone. Look out for the specials, they are worth it! What makes this place though, is it's down to earth approach, and the great staff. It's hardly changed much since I was a lad, apart from the decor from time to time. I don't know how long the couple running it have been there, but I remember being taken there in the late 80s as a child. It's a warm welcome here, nowt fancy, just exactly what you want or need. May it stay the way it is for many years to come.
Lovely place/location/staff. Ever so friendly. Had bacon and egg rolls for kids on beach. Owner was a lovely guy and helpful. Many thanks
The owners and staff are all very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. A fantastic advert for a friendly town. A very highly recommended cafe in a very good location. And thank you for the dog snack you kindly provided (out of kindness) for our greyhound. Top-notch people.
